Fees, Deposits & Payments

To secure a place at Conkers Day Nursery, we require a £100 non-refundable deposit and a £75 registration fee. Your first month’s fees must be paid in full before your start date, and all future invoices are issued around the 25th of each month, to be paid by the 1st of the month in advance. Please quote your child’s name as a reference when making payments.

We operate a strict payment policy. Late payments incur a £10 weekly charge for each week fees remain outstanding. Fees remain payable in full during periods of absence, including illness and holidays. Optional meal charges and all-inclusive fees are available; if you choose not to opt in, you’ll need to provide meals and other essentials yourself. For more details, please speak to a member of the management team.
